The research platform nekropola.ba is a conservation project dedicated to the cultural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Initially founded by the Institute for Archaeology of the Faculty of Philosophy under the leadership of Professor Edin Bujak, this initiative operates in collaboration with the software development company Klika from Sarajevo.

With a focus on recording, researching, and promoting stećci gravestones and necropoli, this platform was developed as part of Klika's Give back campaign, which was carried out during the internship program KLIKA PRAKSA.

The platform aims to collect valuable data accessible to anyone interested in delving deeper into the subject of stećci gravestones. It also enables research personnel to maintain, revise, and retrieve previously stored information efficiently, granting seamless access through a modern interface.

In addition to its primary functions, the platform features a presentation segment tailored for the general public. This section offers an informative space for individuals to explore stećci gravestones found in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its surrounding region.
